With two monkeys of her own, studio owner Florentina is passionate about creating a safe space for people to express themselves while improving their heath, fitness and wellbeing. As a mum of two energetic little monkeys of her own, Florentina understands the importance of having a space where people can truly be themselves. That’s why she’s built more than just a studio, she’s created a supportive, judgment-free zone where movement is celebrated, self-expression is encouraged, and everyone is welcome. With a passion for health, fitness, and overall wellbeing, Florentina is dedicated to helping others feel strong, confident, and connected, both to their bodies and their community.

Kids Aerial Hoops
(Ages 6–12)
